Energy Healing and body work are proven to promote balance in physical, mental, emotional and energetic levels and leave you feeling great! 

I have been a therapist for over 20 years and healing is my passion. So much so that I have trained in many modalities and use all I know and sense to assist you on your journey.  My journey and the lessons I have learned have not always been easy but they have definitely helped me to be vulnerable and to be able to hold space for others going through challenges. I have used my experience and techniques with the help of another amazing soul Lisa Weber and put them into a book: Being In Grace

I offer intuitive energy healing, reiki, soul healing, ancestral healing and massage and often get readings and impressions from your body.  I am able to assist with emotional release of trapped emotions within the body. Once these emotions are released, the healing is heightened and you’re on your way to health, peace and happiness. 

Reiki is an amazing Energy healing modality. A Reiki healing can be transformational experience for you.  It’s why I have specialised in this modality and provide healing as well as workshops in many different forms of Reiki.

Reiki workshops are available in Reiki Level I, II and III, Master and Reiki Level IV Advanced Master.  These are generally offered in small groups, however individual attunements in all levels can be arranged.  My personal ongoing support is given to heighten your Reiki experience.​

I offer Guided Mentoring sessions to help you in all aspects of your life, whether that may be Health and Well-being, Relationships, or Business.  It truly is a blessing to see others shine and I honoured to help in any way.

​I have put together all my experience and teach Intuitive healing in workshops. 

 I am a qualified Crystal Practitioner and love providing Crystal Healing and workshops on crystals and crystal grids.

I am available for one-to-one Intuitive readings.  These readings offer an insight to your past, as well, what is happening in your body both physically and emotionally, plus insight into the future. These readings can be in person, via phone or zoom .

Distance healing are also available which can be done by phone or Zoom.

I also provide a space for spiritual and personal development, including Psychic Development workshops, crystal healing workshops and mentoring.
