I have learned to move beyond this emotion driven madness and have found a peacefulness and happiness.
Look at your reasons or intent for making the decisions you do. Are you driven by guilt, approval, resentment for example. Ask yourself is this how you want to live and is this best for you? Only you can answer these questions nobody else knows what is good for you!
Be honest with yourself. Why are you allowing negative emotion rule you? What beliefs do you have that drive this destructive behaviour? For example; low self worth.
Make the choice to honour yourself! Yes I mean it! Once you make the decision that you are of worth, a shift happens in you. It is a decision you make everyday. Today I will be true to me!
Now that you believe you are of value, each time you do something do it with the right intent. Exercise because it feels good and improves your health.
Eat healthy foods because your body is a temple.
Do everyday tasks with joy.
Be grateful for the people in your life, the good and the bad for each has contributed to your life in someway.
Every action needs to be undertaken with love, joy, happiness and gratitude. Once you make this shift you will never be the same again.
